Detailed description

These monthly subscription plans lets owners of specialized tech businesses benefit from the experience and strategic thinking of a tech-focused CMO without making the disruptive and expensive commitment of hiring one or negotiating a customized contract.

The goal of this monthly subscription program, which usually spans 3 to 6 months, is to help you design and iteratively refine a long-term sales and marketing program that incorporates both inbound and outbound marketing, as well as overall business growth strategy.

Depending on your specific needs, that can translate to:

  • Refinement of positioning, elevator pitch, and unique value proposition
  • Brand identity development
  • Copyediting – brand messaging, sales copy, video scripts, pretty much anything business-related
  • Review of marketing campaign implementation work (ads, landing pages, etc)
  • Assessment of new hires or contractors
  • Analysis of the business model
  • B2B consultative sales training and advice, including advice on proposal writing and presentation
  • Design of productized services
  • Long-term SEO and content marketing strategy
  • Pricing strategy

To make things easier, I provide a light, web-based toolset and access to diagnostic evaluation tools of my own design. Once you enroll, you will gain access to a:

  • My Calendly, a flexible booking calendar where you can book Zoom-based consultation meetings at your discretion, according to the service level you select
  • Google Drive folder with a strategic marketing brief, meeting notes from our consultations, links to meeting recordings/transcripts, and other project materials
  • My Asana project management account, if necessary, where we can track your activities
  • Balsamiq wireframing account with a marketing plan lean canvas and a brand messaging wireframe
